Hi @Anonymous

You can find them in almost all standard section databases e.g.:

Follow the steps described in this article.

Hi,

Is it possible to rotate local coordinate system of a bar around the X axis, without rotating the bar itself ? Robot creates L-section profile with 45deg inclination. I want the LCS to be parallel to the L-section walls.

If there is no such option, how can I get release on the bar on the direction of the L-section wall ?

Hi @Anonymous

There is no such option but in Robot there are two families of angles defined in the principal and parallel to the legs coordinate systems respectively. What you can do is to create a copy of the existing database with such sections and then edit the existing sections creating your own user section database instead.

But how do I do it? There is no option in the profile design to rotate LCS. It gives me only characteristics of the profile with rotated LCS. I looked in other libraries, and I found L-sections with LCS that I'm looking for, however they are cold-rolled and I'm looking for hot-rolled profiles.
