That is a warning which states that there is an intermediate node over the length of the column which may result in higher internal forces then the ones checked by default (ie. 3 points: top middle bottom).

If you suspect that the actions on this node may yield to higher reinforcement results, you can divide your column at that point.

I ran the Column/Beam reinforcement Design calculation and at the end i got many correct and some with warnings.

To fix them i tried using the Reinforcement Change Option but when i open it, I don't see anything in it

Kindly Anyone help me here and correct me if I'm wrong anywhere here

Hi @Anonymous

It seems that are not about the excessive deflections. Check the remarks as indicated on this slide from the 4th Robot webinar:

sir i saw this error in my Remarks and unfortunately don't understand

The column has internally Calculation Nodes

Thank you

an undivided column has a node with a beam framing into it

You should divide the column into two parts at the beam level and design them separately. The RC Column module is not capable of handling columns with horizontal elements joining them along their lengths (not only in the top and bottom nodes).

and also the case where a column is completely inside a panel (wall)

In such case you just ignore the warning (the warning is due to the fact that there are nodes along a column).

Sir this was your response in another related post
