Modal Analysis Problems

Hi Everyone,

I am carrying out a modal analysis on a project, you can find the attached file to the post.

The system is composed of:
-columns
-slabs-walls
-beams

Applied load:
-Combination 1: max uniformed distributed load + punctual load
- combination 2: min uniformed distributed load + punctual load

the punctual load is 75 kg and it is supposed to be representative for a person walking

I want to perform two modal analyses, one for each load combination.

I have used load to mass conversion for the uniformed distributed load and the punctual load. Is that correct how I did it the model? I am not sure the modal analysis is considering the punctual load.

I need to check the natural frequency of the beam, is there a way to see the frequency of each of the elements composing the structure? the one displayed by the modal analysis is the overall frequency of the structures, I guess.

Hi @tommasovidali94

I'd rather use simple load cases for mass conversion instead of combinations;

Selfweigth was added to case 1 and 2
