Rafal/Dennis,

Apologies for not explaining myself correctly, the issue is not splitting the panel that bit is fairly straight forward, however the issue is that when the panel is split, the meshing is sometimes different size on the split panel, see attached save sub structure model which was issued to me and then I tried to clean it up by splitting the panels correctly. However, this seems to happen a lot when splitting panels. I have save the panels as they are when I have split them using the split objects tool.

Simon.

Hi,

I am having some issues when splitting panels using the split objects tool. If I have a wall panel which is drawn through another panel and I want to split it later for whatever reason, I generally use the split objects command. However, a lot of the time when a remesh the panels, half of the panel which has been split does not follow the meshing size specified (see attached). is there a reason for this happening and is there a way to get same mesh throughout, I have deleted the meshing and remeshed it however it always seems to come out the same for some reason? has anyone else come across this and if so how did you get a around it, as usually when you rerun the calculation model it then becomes susceptible to incoherent meshing error. Any help would be appreciated. @Artur.Kosakowski

Thanks,

Simon.

Guys could anyone give me some guidance on this meshing issue? Or if they have come across is before how did they resolve it? @Rafacascudo @Rafal.Gaweda

thanks,

simon
