I would like to have a tapered RC Beam on one side only. Anybody who can help me to do it(really appreciate it).

What do you mean by "tapered on one side only"? Can you attach a picture?

Please see "no 2" diagram, at the moment ARSAP can only do "no.1" diagram when you choose tapered

Statically, there is no difference. ,only graphically it is a bit weird. But you can use offsets if you need to consider vertical excentricity .
