Panel won't/takes a long time to mesh

Hi all,

I have a structure with panels, all panels created in the same way. but 1 panel takes forever/ even let robot crash when i want to generate the mesh.

the picture below shows the structure.

Does anyone know why this might happen?

File is attached. i'm using RSA 2022

Hi @1234eddie

Edit circular opening properties and switch on discretization (16 parts corresponding to defined rigid link points)

it solved my problem, but i don't get it. because the other panel has also openings in it without discretization, and that one has no problems to mesh.

Hi @1234eddie

It seems like a kind of singularity in meshing procedure. As far as I could check activating Regular mesh for that panel also helps.
