Yes i have tried this and it works fine for everything but the rebars which is a shame. I don't know if this is by design or if I did end up making a mistake

Hi I have a question Regarding the schedules in Revit. Im trying to get all elements withing the assembly with the same material into the same schedule. I tryied the Material Takeoff but even when the Rebars have a material asigned it they are missing in the shedule.

I also tried a multy categorie schedule but this is missing the material of elements. Only the Diagonal Material, Upper / Lower Chord material and the diagonal material are available.

Is there a way to get the materials of generic models and Rebars into the same schedule ?

EVERYTHING in Revit is assigned a category and Schedules are Category based. so only the category for the selected schedule will be displayed in the schedule. even material take-off's are based off the Category selected.

Havnt really tried it with rebars bu if you scroll down in the project browser and right click on your assembly. and select matria take off it should take everything included in that particular assembly.
