topic Rebar - Angles near but not exactly 90 degrees in Revit Structure Forum

When placing a U shaped bar in a section cut at a skew through a beam I find that I can create a bend just slightly larger than 90 degrees (for example 90.75 degrees) but on the opposite side I cannot create a bend just slightly less than 90 degrees (for example 89.25 degrees). It seems that anything between 88 degrees and 90 degrees defaults to 90 degrees. Is there a setting somewhere that is causing this to occur ?

Ignoring of course the question of whether one would want to specify an 89.25 degree angle . . . .

Thanks;

Nick
