Hello, greetings to everyone.
I need to create a parameter for floors that multiplies an X value by the volume of the selected floor. Now I am doing it manually, in this example I write =120*1613.733(floor volume), but if the floor changes this value will not update automatically. How can I create a formula that uses the value of the floor volume?

Floors are system family yo cant edit the instance parameters or type parameters for it

i think you should use dynamo to get the info filled in automatilcly in your shared/project parameter

have you tried a Calculated Parameter?

the catch is you have to have all the needed fields (parameters) in the Schedule Fields list. then you can hide the ones you don't want to see in the Formatting tab.
