Flexible conductor or cable

Good day,

We are doing substation modelling in Revit and my team is a little new on the platform.

I'm ending up with a lot of dead-ends trying to model flexible conductor in Revit.

(real-world example attached)

My approaches so far have been to try to create an adaptive component (cylinder with 4 adaptive points) and using flex pipe system families.

The problem with the adaptive component is that we have a rough time trying to get it to snap properly (to the center of a 'hole' or void cylinder). The flex pipe works better but I can't add any parameters or metadata to it.

What kind of parameters/metadata are you trying to add? Flex Pipe is an category option for making parameters. even though it is technically a "Pipe", you can still add other parameters to it. might not be ideal, for representation sake it should work.
