Problem with the Steel Connections Panel in Revit 2026 (Blank Window)

I am working with Autodesk Revit 2026 using a Steel structural template.

The problem occurs when trying to use the Steel structural connections.
When I open the Connections panel, the window appears completely blank, showing no available connections.

Symptoms

The Connections panel opens normally in Revit.

However, no available connections are displayed.

The window remains completely blank.

No catalog or list of connections appears.

Checks performed

I confirmed that the Steel Connections folders are complete in the installation.

I tried the solution Autodesk suggests for a similar problem, but it did not resolve the issue.

Question

Is there a reason why Autodesk Steel Connections isn't loading connections in Autodesk Revit 2026 even though the system files are present?

Are there any recommended procedures for resetting or rebuilding the structural connections catalog so that they display correctly again?

Have you installed the Content as this can impact the Connections?

Excuse me, but what content are you referring to? I've already tried the link and even tried formatting my laptop after attempting to download various Autodesk resources, such as Advanced Steel Connections 2026 and Content English 2026. However, none of these solutions have worked, which is why I'm asking here.

Try the following;

Steel Connection database or menu is empty in Revit
