Revision cloud/marks question

Is there a way to change the color of the revision clouds and marks from a previous revision so there is some type of contrast between old revision marks and the new marks?

Yes. You can select clouds and marks that correspond to a previous revision and do right click > Override graphics > By element > select "Halftone" if you just want a change in contrast, or pick another color, or both.
