When I bring up the same dialog on my system, I see the one from Figure 2.

I would suggest starting by verifying that you have installed the 64-bit version of office (if you have not already done so); the 32-bit version generally installs by default.

The following webpage has instructions on determining which version of Office is installed:
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/24259/beginner-discover-if-youre-running-the-32-or-64-bit-version-of-office-2010/

Next, verify that Revit is updated by clicking on the down triangle to the right of the question mark, in the top right corner of the Revit window and click About. It should say Web Update 2 after the build number.

If you don't have the update loaded, you can download it from our website:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=14974020

If you are still unable to access the MS Access 2007 tab, have you tried using the ODBC tab to create a database connection?

I found the following blog posting with information on setting up an ODBC connection:
http://thebimleader.blogspot.com/2010/06/update-on-db-link-using-64bit-odbc.html

I am facing a problem with the Revit Data base export . Please see the image below.

Figure 1: Captured from my system.

Figure 2: Captured from Youtube Video

You can see the difference, I have Revit 2011 Installed and Microsoft Access 2010 both 64 bit versions, I do not see the option.
So I am unable to export the Database from Revit to Access.
