Sharing a central model

Next week a client wants me to amend his Architectural Revit File to "As Built".

Problem is; I know he has a few separate central models for different disiplines that are on his network and I do not have access to his network.

Is there a problem with saving the models onto a memory stick for me to amend and then saving the models back to the clients central model.

Project was done in Revir 2012, and client does not want to update any of the models to a later release.

There aren't any issues with sharing files using a memory stick as long as you aren't both working on the files at the same time.

Just use the "Detach from Central" option when transferring them to different networks and Save As new central files.

Thanks Gregamhale. I thought that was probably the case. But I didn't want to go into his office spouting a load of nonsense.
