Revit 2014 open dialog box missing

This is a strange problem that has come up recently with Revit 2014. When I try to use Load Family, Link CAD or Import CAD in Revit 2014, The dialog box does not appear. The command is still active waiting on my input and I have to escape out of the command to continue. It is like the dialog box is off screen. It is not hidden by other windows.

We are close to retiring 2014 but most of our content is saved and worked on in 2014 for a few months anyway.

Is there a command to re-position windows dialog boxes?

I just found an old post about this issue and how to fix it.

Initiate the command (Load Family)

hold windows key and use left or right arrow to bring the dialog box on screen.

I had to do this for my Link CAD and load family commands.
