I noticed a wrong calculating of area and volume in Revit 2018, I am working with the (France) library I loaded a simple Footing-Rectangular family, gave it 1 m x 1m x 0.25 m but in the schedule I get 2 m² of area and 0.5 m3 volume!!

after searching for possible reason I decide to load the same family, but from (France INTL) library and the area and volume were just correct!!

anyone know whats wrong in the France library or with Revit 2018!!

I do not know why, but if you look inside the families you will notice that the france one consists of two elements. This means double counting

(Pulled the two elements apart for clarity)
