Hello all,

I am trying to place a text with arrow like shown in the Screenshot. Is it possible to make a family like that or whether it is possible adjust it within the editype properties.

you need to add new line as space

Thank you for that solution but sir that's not the permanent solution we are not suppose to add space for every text like that.Even if we are doing like that it will consume space in drawing sheet for every text that we are placing. Is there a permanent solution like spot elevation tags we are able to adjust the text position as we wish (Please see attached screenshot). Are we able to make family for text annotations ?. Please forgive me if i am wrong.

you are right this not a permanent solution , it's just an instance solution based

kindly find the attached family it may help you but it's also a trial to do what you want ,because revit did not has a feature for that
