How can i modify a TURN DOWN SLAB?

I am new to creating what is being called a "Turned down slab"...I have an existing model where i am being asked to modify the turn down slab, making it wider than the one already modeled. But i really am at a lost in understanding how to modify it as i keep getting the options to either shift if right left or up and down. Right now its a 1'-3" wide x 2'-8" deep. I have tried going to duplicate it and realized it does not even allow one to edit dimensions 😞 Its a system family but where can i load more types? How can one edit this family?

It is a Slab Edge in Revit terms. You need to create another slab edge profile to meet the required dimensions and assign it to a new Slab Edge type.

Thank you ToanDN, i am going to give that a try now 🙂 I did not see the link between Thickened slab and a turned down slab.
