Creating a three hinged arch

I'm fairly new to this software and I am stuck on my design. I am designing a building with a three hinged arch (used in many buildings with large open expanses). One end of the beam on the top is designed using shear and the other end is picked using my moments creating a beam with different size ends. Revit doesn't have a beam or column combination like this preloaded into their system so how would I go about creating this in Revit? Would it be easier to design it in CAD and load it in and is that even possible?
