My computer configuration is CPU: intel Xeon(R) Sliver 4215R； Graphics card: A5000。 128GB of memory, using Revit version 2024.Windows version：Windows 10 Enterprise G 22H2.

Now we have encountered a problem: Revit automatically closes within a few seconds after opening, and the graphical interface cannot be displayed. I saw an error in the Windows Event Viewer, and the original text is as follows:

Incorrect application name: Revit.exe， Version: 24.3.10.22, timestamp: 0x672a8374

Wrong module name: KERNELBASE.dll， Version: 1.0.19041.5607, timestamp: 0x18768d24

Exception code: 0xc06d007e

Error offset: 0x000000000003b699

Error process ID: 0x316c

Wrong application startup time: 0x01dba42d0ab0907f

Wrong application path: D:\RVT2024\Revit 2024\Revit.exe

Error module path: C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

Report ID: 609df7af-3bd6-4616-981f-d626d182184c

Wrong package full name:

Error package relative to application ID:

Check the Revit journal files.

They can be found here, see also here (Location of journal files😞

%localappdata%\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2024\Journals

Best is to try to start Revit, then just after the crash look at the latest journal files and see if there is more information there.

Also consider to do a clean re-install. Make sure to clean up after the uninstall, sdee here
