    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Suskumar,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try changing "Sort By" to Rebar Number and then uncheck the "Itemize every instance" in Sorting/Grouping Tab (see snap).       <title>Bar bending schedule</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would have stated exactly the same as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10960642"&gt;@eomega5DEMF&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also that if you are sorting by multiple categories and there are differences in values it will create a individual reference so if you are sorting by quantity and Bar Length this could also influence the output as you are calling out different information, for example if you do have different quantities and use the method as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10960642"&gt;@eomega5DEMF&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned you would get &amp;lt;varies&amp;gt; where differences occur so as you do not have these there is another level of sorting going on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="jay_colcombe_0-1716192454215.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1364511i68A5F09F5DB62A4D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="jay_colcombe_0-1716192454215.png" alt="jay_colcombe_0-1716192454215.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With quantity now included its add multiple references as you see&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="jay_colcombe_1-1716192570926.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1364512iA3941537670AF6EF/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="jay_colcombe_1-1716192570926.png" alt="jay_colcombe_1-1716192570926.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
