i am currently in canada and have become aware there is no library in imperial for canadian structural elements. i am able to use US imperial, however i am working with an engineer who is using autodesk Robot to analyse the model and US imperial is not the same as canadian imperial. he is only able to use metric elements, but our plans have to be in imperial. is there a way around this problem? we need the revit plans to have imperial not metric elements that work for canadian standards.

thank you

if you are using Revit 2016 or earlier, you can install Revit extensions, open the content generator, change the regional settings to Canada and you will find all the Canadian sections.

if you are using 2017 or 2018 so you must load the families in an earlier version first and then upgrade them.

Please check the attachements.
