Project phasing and animation

Hi Community,

I'm working on a project in wich I have a part that will be demolished and an author one to be builded, I did many phases in revit for both parts than I apploaded them to Naviswork, for demolished part it's succefully uploaded, but phases of the part to be builded can't be recognised by Naviswork, and also when I try to do animation all I get is the last 3D view of my phases and this for both parts, if any one here can help me to find a solution for this issue I will be very thankfull.
