Hi

I am sure there is a very simple explanation for this, but I am very new to revit.

If you take a look at the picture below, you will see how I setup my 280mm cavity wall as directed on another website. In the preview pane, this is exacly how I want it to look in plan view. However, when I draw it in my plan, it just simply comes out solid. If I change the course scale fill pattern to brickwork, it just fills in the whole wall with brick hatching. I want to be able to see the air gap in my plan view as it is shown in the preview pane?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Derryck
