How to rotate an existing scope box align with near by element?

I couldn't find a way to rotate the Existing scope box align with nearby element.

Scope boxes don't align

Unfortunately, we cannot measure angle of the existing scope box. As Angular dimension command cannot pick scope box boundary.

Maybe I didn't express myself clearly. I meant for you to measure the angle from the axis, draw the scope box straight at 90 degrees, and then rotate it using the angle reference from the axis.

Your answer is correct if we want to align creating a new scope box.

But my question is regarding the existing scope box in the project. and that existing scope box is already in a particular angle and we want to rotate and align with near element, Hope my it is clear now.

Please let me know if there is any solution

I may be repeating or missing a step but I simply select the Scope Box and use the Rotate Tool, this allows me to position the node exactly on the element I wish to align against, set the angle as Horizontal and roate ontpo anoth element node and the Scope Box orients accordingly.

I appreciate the dilemma now so unless you drop the node on the intersection between the Gris and Scope Box and eyeball it by zooming in its not going to be 100% precise.

The only alternative I can think of is you Create a New Scope Box use Reference Planes and Assign them to then Box then Unassign to cut them down

You can then use Model Lines > Pick Line > Click on Reference Planes and not you have reference points to move and position the Box & Model Lines (select them All)

You also get additional snap points

I am sure there is possible an easier way through the View and Crop Region or an Addin?

Yes you can. Use rotate tool, drag the base point into an edge of the element, then you can rotate to align with the element.

Go to original plan view where Scope Box 1 was placed. Go to plan view Properties box and set Scope Box to None. Select Scope Box 1 in plan view and say you want to rotate it 5 degrees counter-clock-wise (CCW). Start the rotation, then rotate the Scope Box clock-wise (CW) and accept. Yes, you are rotating it (opposite direction) bass ackwards of what you might think. Also, Revit automatically gets rid of Scope Box 1 and creates a new Scope Box 2 on the rotation. Enjoy. Thanks @ToanDN Doing that will not be 100% aligned with Eliment. bcoz you can not pick the exact corner of the scope box.

The orientation will be exact. I didn't know you needed to align the edges.

Not sure what I need to get. I rotate scope boxes to align with angled walls constantly and the rotations are dead on correct.

Okay, I will try to explain one more time lets see if I am able to make you understand or not 🙂 If not my bad.
Suppose you have a scope box on an angle, and now you want to rotate that same scope box to align with some other element which is on a different angle, how will you do that?

Delete that rotated scope box. Create a new scope box not rotated. Then use my method to rotate it aligning with the angle of the element.
