Revit structural connections modify parameters dissapearing

Hi, i'm trying to modify an structural connection but when i click on modify parameters (for the connection), this one menu dissapears almost inmediatedly, it gives no time to change the parameters required, i don't know if this is an installation issue or a configuration issue.?

Do you see this effect on a specific computer or is it not depending on the environment. Would it be possible to send me a small sample with some instructions on which elements you run the command to see the exact context.

Hi, it seems to be that a module (Leica Cloudworks), was causing the problem because when i turn off the point Cloud, the problem stops inmediatedly.

so i think we could close this issue.
