Loading a IFC model into Revit

Good afternoon, when i am import or link a IFC model into my revit model ill can not see this IFC model.

How to import a heavy IFC file into Revit and see this?

I had look at your file, below is my findings.

1. Authoring application used to export this IFC file is Tekla structure.

2. File open fine in Solibri Model checker I can see all connections.

3. Once you insert IFC file in Revit it does take too long to load, once loaded some of the elements go missing. connections were to quickly identify which went missing. I have not checked all.

I believe

1. Modifying export settings in Authoring application (Tekla structure) could resolve the issue.

2. It may also need defining IFC entity for exported model.

Give try to this if issue still persists try contacting Tekla support team to guide more on export to IFC,

Good morning Vick,

many thanks for your help and i'll mail to the customer for a 3d dwg, that is better and hope to have no errors. I'll tried to open this also in advance steel but also a problem. It always ask what is this, and then this..... it will also takes a lot of time into advance steel and then it opens also with a lot of missing components.
