Section, Elevation, and Callout referencing sheet and referring view?

I am working on some Graphic Standards for a Structural Engineering firm going from AutoCAD to Revit. It is a pretty standard practice in Engineering to have a section or detail marker reference the sheet where the view is placed but also the referencing view. It would be nice if you could have the view title show the referencing view. Is this possible in Revit.

So my marker would look like this -

Of course. How else can they find the one detail in a sheet full of details if the view number isn't shown in the callout?

That is standard and looks like this -

This is standard as it tells you the number of the view and the number of the sheet. This is not what I would like. In a lot of Structural Engineering firms they like to not only have the number and sheet that the detail resides but the sheet where the detail is taken as well. That way if you are looking at the detail on the big sheet of details you can find the referring view and where the detail is taken and the section looks like this -

Then on the sheet where the detail resides the View Title would also have a similar reference. Again that way you could find the referencing view quite easily. The View Title would look like this -

Obviously this is an AutoCAD thing but I would like to do this if it is possible in Revit?

Yes it works for elevations, sections, callouts. You can simply open the stock families (call-out, section, elevation, view title) and modify them by adding lines and labels. The necessary parameters are already built-in.

Wow - that's great. Is that somewhat new? I remember trying to do this a while back and had nothing but problems. I've already made a View Title, which seems pretty simple. I'll be interested to see if it works as well for the sections and elevations when they are rotated. I remember that being a big issue. Thanks ToanDN

As I eluded to yesterday this does not seem to work when I rotate the section marker. I assume similarly with Elevations and Callouts. Any suggestions? I have tried checking the "rotate with section" box in the Family Category and Parameters.

Here is how it looks when rotated, which is kind of funny because this does not happen with the normal section?

Please advise. Thank you for all of your help so far. It would be nice if there was a solution for this.

If I place the head centered on the section line the labels will stay in the correct orientation.

But I would like to keep the orientation above as this is closer to their current standard.

However, I personally feel it need to be more intuitive within the Section Market itself rather than editing the associated Tag
