Easiest way if from the Inset Tab > Load from Family

Load Autodesk Family

With Revit 2021.1 and later versions, you no longer need to download all the family content locally. Instead, you can use the Load Autodesk Family command to load default library families from the cloud on demand.

If you preferred to keep a local copy of the content, you can still download the library.

Once again I need to have the full download so that in rebar schedule I can include the shapes as image

you can download rebar shapes with images from here https://www.dropbox.com/s/o8e1668vdwcybmp/20161215%20-%20Rebar%20Shapes%20in%20Revit%20-%20Shape%20Families.zip?dl=0

This is according to BS8666:2005
if you are using Revit 2024 or 2025 Bending detail is now generated within Revit no need for images
