Analytical model is junk

Has anyone come across this type of an issue where the analytical model looks like the following? If I send this to the engineer, he's going to ask what happened. Why is the steel on different elevations when it clearly doesn't show it in the physical model.

I don't know enough information when it comes to constructing analytical models now but it seems difficult and the results, well, they are not acceptable.

I'm using version 2024.

One thing I've noticed is an option missing in the analytical window. It's called Use Default Tolerances. According to the Help Section, this must be on or off in order for some of the features to work. I don't have it!

That Help screenshot is from 2023 so there are differences in 2024 & 2025 for me 2025 SP2 now only does it correctly.

Running using 2025.2 with no edits/changes

I would suggest it is related to 1.1 & 3.2 in the updated versions where you have the option to move the slider from True - False therefore apply overrides to defaults

So, you see no problems with 2025. Hmmm. I don't think we are ready to upgrade yet. I'll have to talk with IT.

I was able to get it to look like this, but everything is on different levels.

Everything was fine with no changes in 2025.2.

You may need to edit the values for offsets in the settings they usually show 0.35 but try changing to sat the depth of the beam and see if this make a difference? I had to change to say 500 in U.K. template

I just installed 25.2 on my machine. It works! Now, why can't Autodesk make it work in 24?
