Hi @Anonymous ,

Try to open the IFC file from file menu. It will convert your IFC to native Revit element. But the result is mainly depend upon the IFC schema used to export your IFC file. IFC file exported using IFC schema IFC4 or AKA "Design Transfer View" works better usually.

I have opened it as IFC in Revit and copied it into the model. I can not change the material of the imported element. Is there a possibility to change the parameters? Also, I have to draw rebars into the element.

Once you have the IFC imported, have you changed it from a generic model to a Structural framing element, and change the material that way. I have attached a screen grab of what I did with it. Please let me know if this helps.
