Why are Structural Connections only Generic Connections

I use Revit 2017, when I want to install the connection structure, but it doesn't appear in the properties.
like in the picture that I included,

Maybe you have the same problem, I hope for your help. because on another PC is normal.

we had a similar problem a few years ago.... make sure you are using a 2017 template (Not an upgraded template or upgraded file). the problem we had was we were using our template that had been upgraded from who knows how far back and the connection components were not compatible.

Hi,

From what I see in the picture, a second idea is, that you created a generic connection with 3 input elements (column and 2 beams). When you select the generic connection and open the properties menu, the available connections are filtered out. In that case of 3 input beams I don't think we offer a steel connection.

You can create 2 connections in that case, one between column-beam 1 and the second one between column-beam 2.

Once you get to know the available steel connections, you can also create them with the direct workflow:

1. Select Create Steel Connection button.

2. Select the steel connection from Properties menu

3. Select the input elements.

Hi.

I have used the old template, but still can't. I even opened data that already contained structural connections from my friends and it didn't appear, and editing wasn't possible either.
Are there other solutions?
