Is there any way to make them show as a different color or font when you change them at one layer so you know to update the layers below where the change happened? That's the most vital part of this problem.

Hello,

I'm a new engineer working with Revit and we came across a simple problem with no solution in sight. Is there any way to save your load values (text box) as a layer which you can then project/background into the levels below to show where the loads are transferring to? Then, say your load changes on the roof, can you have those values that you change on the roof load layer show as a different color or font, or something to catch your eye, in the levels below?

I was thinking of saving the text boxes on the roof load layer as a separate view, and link that view to the levels below, only problem is if they change, there's no way of telling which loads changed and which ones didn't.

I think you can create filters for difference loads and show a legend for Loads.
