Explode or Split Rebar Set

Hi all

I am modeling the reinforcement for the precast panels using structure rebar in Revit 2019

somewhere I have to shorten a piece of rebar(inside set on rebar) at the connection location.

Is there any way to explode a set of rebars so you can modify its parameters (without adds on just Revit 2019) parameters?
