Replace "Varies" in floor tag

Im not great at writing syntax and have trouble creating a floor tag that gives another word for "Varies" when the elevation differs along the floor. English is not our drawing language and it would be nice for this "Varies" to be replaced with at swedish word. I´ve tried creating a calculated parameter and writing an IF statement in different ways but the problem seem to be that revit can not detect "Varies" in that statement.

If I put "Varies" in brackets I get "improper use och boolean expression" and if I don't use brackets it says that Varies is'nt a parameter.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help, thats nice to have that option oob in -22, i'm working in-21 though. Isn't there a way to call for the parameter value "varies" in an if statement? Like IF (Elevation at Bottom Core="Varies"......)

Unfortunately you cannot change this parameter, other than switching the language.
