      <title>AEC Subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today l paid for a 3 year AEC subscription.&amp;nbsp; However, Revit 2025, Recap Pro 2025 and Autocad 2025 are currently still displaying 'trial duration', however, the other software l have do not state the trial duration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do l resolve this matter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is that what it says on your account? Have you tried signing out then signing back in? Did you get the confirmation email of your order?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would chat with Customer Service it could just be a glitch in the system, they are definitely included in the AEC Collection so still install as a trial and use and when rectified at Autodesk's end you simply carry on using as a subscription and no need to reinstall!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
