topic Analytical columns do not match physical model in Revit Structure Forum

I have an issue with Revit and was wondering if someone had this problem before. I was tried to figure out issue myself but so far have no result. I figured nature of problem: timber columns( I tried different types) for some reason have analytical model that is way longer physical model and automatically pick foundation under it and adjusts it to the bottom of analytical model. When I try to manually adjust analytical model (that I don't think is a right way of doing it) it still doesn't change situation. My guess is that problem lays in family itself but can’t see any way to adjust analytical model inside the family. Also, those columns are part of the group if it matters. Ungroupping doesn't give any results.
