You can use Number with spacing as the layout option for the set

I don't want the numbers else it will be hit and trial calculating numbers and adjusting it in the span

If this is Path Reinforcing, the length of the sketch line could be such that it is equally divisible by the desired spacing. This could also work with Area Reinforcing sketch boundary. If hosted or free form rebar, the rebar handles extents or constraints will control spacing accuracy. The bar spacing parameter units in the Tag family could also be edited to manage desired spacing rounding?

Autodesk needs to add functionality for exact spacing. It makes absolutely no sense to not be able to model a fixed spacing. this weird rounding issue revit runs into making spacing 97 instead of 100 is just a breaking issue. For me it makes 3D rebar completely unusable.
