At present you have what is supplied with your regional install and hopefully these meet the requirements for said regions/countries.

You do have access to other regions from the Insert Tab > Load from Library Panel > Load Autodesk Family

The only other advice I can offer is Third Party Add-ins for Rebar Detailing are far more comprehensive and offer much more accurate and expansive libraries and often package up Shape Codes as families within them. You could take out a trial and see what options are available to you and copy those files for future use?

On applying Rebars to the host Revit gives the Length as an output in the Rebar Schedule.

Which standards are used in the default output in terms of Bend deductions / Hooks additions...

Further based on project specific requirements the approach to Rebar lengths differ.

Some projects prefer a center-line run of the rebars for length, while some prefer the run along the outer surface of the rebars, while some prefer the run along the inner surface of the rebars.

Projects may / may not consider deductions for bends or additions for hooks.

Accordingly the rebar lengths varies as per scenarios.

Which settings will allow Revit to work out the output lengths as per the specific project / country scenarios.....

I get your point....

But I am trying to customize the Bend radius & also trying to find out the formula based on which I get the final Bar length. Is there any way to customize that formula. The final bar length is not a pure addition of the segments - "A" / "B" / "C" / "D" ......

There are some additions for hooks & deductions for bends.
