It is normal, after exporting the image will become raster, that why it pixelated when you zoom in.

I'm Working on a plumbing Project and I finished the model and took some 3D views in sheets but after exporting those sheets I found that they are a little pixelated even though I made sure that I chose the best quality from printing settings

is this the normal Revit output or do I have to change something?

The shading forces Revit to switch from vector to raster printing.

Either turn off the shading in those views, or edit the final PDFs by inserting renders of 3D views (maybe by screen capture or separate rendering output).

Try consistent colors instead of shaded visual style.
