Filled Regions are Annotation objects. Annotation objects are per view.

You can try adding the Filled region to a Detail Item and place the detail item family in your views. you won't be able to edit it like you would a region, but it should be seen in multiple views.

I want to create a filled region that shows the scope of work for a project, but I don't want to copy and paste it in every view. Is there a way to make the filled region appear across multiple views automatically? Thank you for your help.

my bad... forgot a step.... gotta make a Generic Model family and load the Detail Item family into it. then place the Generic Model family in your view.

there may be another way, but i have had to do stuff like that for my Electrical Panels where they wanted a pattern to represent different panel types.
