I think a more robust solution would be making view filters to display different filled region overrides based on Phase Created parameter. You can make them Model Category specific or apply logic to other parameters

I have an annotation graphic, and I also have a filled region drawn into it, how can i make the filled region only appear when the phase of the family is in "New Contruction" ?

Hello,

Annotation graphics cannot have phase assigned to them, only model elements can have phase assigned. Either way you could do it by making a new type to show/hide this based on what you select. Not as ideal since you'd have to manually change, but here's how you could do it:

Edit the family to add a new Yes/No parameter

Click on filled region (or whatever you want in family to be hidden or shown based on type)

Click on the = button right of Visible, then assign that to the parameter you just created

Then load family into project, and make a new type that has visibility toggled how you want it to be
