Keynotes numbers automatically assign to the equipment

I put keynotes on the drawing, goes to annotate—keynote—element keynote.

When I put keynotes besides my equipment (the keynotes have a number with it) when I click and put the keynotes on the drawing, it supposed to open Keynote notepad showing my list content of keynotes—1,2,3 ,

For example:

1 receptacle;

2 lights

3 smoke detector

According to the content of my notepad, I can select which number I need to put beside the right equipment.

But when I put keynotes beside the equipment, seem itself automatically choose the number without opening the keynote notepad letting myself chose it? Even if itself choses the wrong number.

What is the problem?

It doesn't automatically come up when you place the Keynote Tag. You have to go to the element's Type Properties, and under the Keynote parameter, click on the "" button to bring up the dialog box.
