What kind of linked model (e.g. Revit, Autocad)?

In most cases you can use graphics overrides to change things like colors.

Alternatively, possibly you can hide certain elements in the linked files.

answering in general terms... when you bring in a Revit file as a link all the result is that those three dimensional elements a brought in to live alongside those in the master file.

The concept of "send to back" as it exists in AutoCAD doesn't make sense. What you need to do is think in terms of how the view you are working in represents the three dimensional space in two dimensions. You might need to work in an RCP instead of floor plan, change transparency of items in the linked file or turn off interfering elements.

I hope that helps

okay, I see your link includes a CAD file. This will like as a 2d element in the 3d space and can block out what you need to see if it sits in the way of the projection. It might be necessary to change the elevation of the CAD file, or to turn off the hatch, or something like that. It can get tricky when 2d elements are brought into the 3d space.

Can you go to VG > Revit Links tab > Basic tab: Custom > Import Categories: Custom, then turn off the CAD layers you don't want to see?

FYI: Send to Back command only works for Detail items such as filled regions, drafting lines, detail components.

I am working with a structural and landscape model. The structural grid bubbles is hiding/over same lamp poles. Is there a way to adjust graph to not have grid bubble behind the light pole? Both models are from consultants and I doing my own model for electrical refering in their models. The light pole is in the landscape model.
