topic Aligning schedules in Revit MEP Forum

Is there a way to align the left and right end of schedules without having to eyeball it? You can move the whole schedule and snap alignment with the right or left edge but that only works for one side of the schedule. I want all my schedules to be one of three total widths, regardless of what the schedule is (I make the last column as wide as necessary to accomplish this). However, the only way I've found to do this is to eyeball the width of the last column since when you are changing the size of that column, it doesn't snap to anything. Any workarounds to this?

You can measure the distance and change the width of the columns in schedule editing.

Hmm, that might work. I wonder if a Dynamo script could be created to set the total width of a schedule to a fixed number and the script would automatically modify the width of the last column to equal the user defined total width.
