Easiest is to resort to a custom dynamo script.

You'll have to read out all the different piping systems in use in the project and create a legend with the correct information from dynamo.

Not one of the easiest tasks to start dynamo with, but doable.

I have a legend view of all the pipe types and specific information for a project. I use this legend on all of my projects, but would like it to automatically only display the pipe types that I have used in the project. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

I'm trying to save time from having to edit the legend and getting rid of the pipe types that aren't in a specific project.
