I am showing some basic electrical info on plan in my architectural model, am using basic components for duplex outlets and data outlets, and would like to create a symbol legend. The duplex outlet appears in the Legend component list, but the data ones don’t, presumably since they are MEP symbols. Is there a way to get the MEP symbols to appear also in the Legend?

Hi,

Did you try this way ? Just create new legend, and in legend follow below picture.

Yes, I use the method you show in your images. Thank you for going to the
trouble. The issue I was having was that I presume that since I am working
in an architectural model, the 2 MEP components that I brought into the
Architectural model do not appear in the legend family selection list. I was
wondering if there was a way to get them to be recognized without having to
use an MEP based model.
Thank you again. I will have to experiment with this approach.

Nothing to do with our topic, but do you (or anyone) know what the forum's
time stamp is based on? I replied to you this morning at 5:37, but the time
stamp says 2:37 am. Your reply is also 3 hours behind the time zone I am in.
Unless you are in California working late and the time is based on your
time.

Hello,

When composing a sheet, you can create a schedule for the information and combine it with a drawing.

There is an option to create images link them to the pipe types, and add them to the schedule; the images only appear in the sheets.
