Disable Printer

Is there a way to disable printers in Revit or force it to default to PDF first. I cant tell you how many times I've printed a set of E1's by accident.

Revit should use what ever printer is set as default on your PC.

Got to Printers & Scanners on your PC
Select the printer you want to use
- Pick the Manage button
- Pick the Set as Default

You can set windows default printer to a PDF printer but it affects all other programs, not just Revit. You can use export to PDF instead of print in Revit so it always PDF.

Use export function to create PDF.
