topic Pipe slope changes causes fitting errors in Revit MEP Forum

I am attempting to draw a sloped steam pipe in Revit 2017 and need to change slope from 1/4" up-slope to 1/4" down-slope. my MS dialog box tells me I have a fitting tolerance of 5-degrees. I have also attempted to create this connection with a 20-degree tolerance to no avail. In the field, this joint would normally just be a wider-than-average welded gap or the fitters would simply allow the pipe to bend from gravity as it rests on the supports. Is there a way to create this joint? I don't want to change my default routing preferences to a custom elbow if I don't have to as it would violate company standards.
