      <title>Lighting Schedule - Lights in multiple spaces</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im trying to create a lighting schedule that shows all the spaces the lights are located in. This works fine when a light is only in one space but when a light is in multiple spaces Revit doesn't know which space to populate the schedule with so it leaves it blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ideally I want the lighting schedule to show all the spaces the the light fitting is in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you see the attached image you can see that the space name for the linear light and downlight is empty because it is in multiple spaces&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;that is unfortunately how Revit works. we have the same issue in other types of schedules too. the only way to see each room/space is to itemize every instance and show each instance separate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can try making a &lt;STRONG&gt;Space schedule&lt;/STRONG&gt; then pick the &lt;STRONG&gt;Embedded Schedule&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab and embed a &lt;STRONG&gt;Lighting Fixture&lt;/STRONG&gt; schedule with &lt;STRONG&gt;Image&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Family&lt;/STRONG&gt; in it. it may not look exactly the same, but the information should be accurate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Capture.JPG" style="width: 558px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/734472iF8973D7425A4D094/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Capture.JPG" alt="Capture.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can also sort by fixture type, and then sort by space name or space number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then you will get a separate row for each fixture and each space combination.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
